Kazaviti is a beautiful village set on the mountain slopes of Thassos island, it’s around 22km from the capital Limenas which would take you roughly 30 minutes in a car.

As it’s up in the mountains it offers spectacular views of the island and the Aegean sea, just watch out for those winding roads that lead up to the village, particularly if you’re driving at night.
It is a great place to relax and have long walks in the mountains and the most important to eat traditional meat such as lamp and kokoretsi

It is a traditional village with a rich history and one of the wealthiest villages of Thassos. It was the first capital of the island after the revolution of 1821. It lies in a beautiful location, among verdant trees, and it is full of running water.

Skala Potamias Beach Thassos: Skala Potamias is a wonderful and quiet tourist resort which became popular over the last years. It is located 10 km southwest of Limenas, the capital of Thassos. The long sandy beach is well organized with umbrellas and sun beds and a couple of beach bars serving snacks and cold drinks. The beach is surrounded by tall pine trees and a green environment, offering a remarkable background to the visitors. There are plenty of restaurants and shops so you can visit the area day and night.
